I received
my Masters degree in City Planning from Rutgers
University and a Masters in Governmental
Administration from Georgia State University. I
spent three years in the Army Band (Trombone) at
Fort Monmouth, New Jersey from 1968 to 1971 and
retired in 2005 after 26 years as a program manager
with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development. I'm married to Priscilla Mitchell for
24 years and currently reside in Bellingham
Washington.

Stacy and I
live in Boca Raton, Florida. I'm President of
Congregation Beth Tikvah & still working full
time as Regional manager for IPM; a software
consulting firm. Our daughter,Willa is about to
receive her Masters from University of
Georgia
